Light College is a home to over one thousand students, most of whom reside on the extensive campus. The focus for their academic study is preparation & participation in the UCE & UACE Subjects & Courses. We are a registered private institution with a UNEB (UCE & UACE) Examination Centre - U0171.
SCIENCE SUBJECTS
Academically, Light College emphasises the teaching and loving of science subjects. This is evidenced by the existing competent and experienced science teachers, together with the presence of well equiped science laboratories for practical lessons.
VOCATIONAL SUBJECTS
Since Light College trains the whole person in the soul, mind and hands, over six vocational disciplines are offered to learners. The product of this after O'Level will be a double edged sword learner with two categories of qualifications - UNEB UCE Certificate and Directorate of Industrial Training (DIT) Certificate.

GAMES & SPORTS
Light College boasts of a number of sports facilities to train learners in different games like Football, Basketball, Volleyball & Netball.
